Contain hate speech, harassment, or explicit material.

Collabs Developers reserves the right to block IP addresses or take legal action against users who exploit our infrastructure for malicious intent.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Codes: You retain full ownership of the physical and digital QR code images you generate and download using our service.
Our Platform: The code, design, UI/UX, algorithms, and branding of QR Lab are the exclusive intellectual property of Collabs Developers. You may not reverse-engineer, clone, or redistribute the source code of this application without explicit written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

QR Lab is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we engineer our tools for maximum reliability, Collabs Developers makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous uptime of the site, the scanning reliability of the generated codes on all devices, or the suitability of the codes for high-risk applications.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Collabs Developers, its team members, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, QR Lab. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data resulting from misprinted QR codes or broken destination links.
